NVTA Seeking Public Feedback on Transportation Projects

The Northern Virginia Transportation Authority (NVTA) is seeking public feedback on a list of 24 proposed projects submitted by nine Northern Virginia localities and the Virginia Railway Express (VRE). These projects, totaling nearly $1 billion in funding requests, encompass a range of transportation modes, such as transit, rail, roadway enhancements, transportation technology, bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure upgrades, as well as intersection and interchange improvements. The public comment period goes through May 19, 2024.
