While the Governor has lifted COVID-19 restrictions, OmniRide is still taking precautions to ensure the health and safety of all passengers and employees. This includes continuing to limit the number of people that may come into the lobby at the Transit Center.
OmniRide wants to remind all passengers that until further notice, we are not conducting any SmarTrip transactions at the Transit Center or onboard buses. Express riders can add value to their cards online using a credit or debit card: -- Buy SmarTrip® | WMATA, and at Metro Station vending machines.
Local and Metro Express services continue to be fare free.
