  • Labor Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Fourth of July Holiday
  • Christmas Day

Priority Seating and Special Needs

Front row “Priority Seating” has been designated on every bus. Please accommodate the special needs of mobility-impaired passengers by giving up those seats as needed.  Applications for Priority Seating Passes may be downloaded online, or obtained by mail or by calling (703) 730-6664 or (888) 730-6664.  All buses are wheelchair accessible.  Each bus can accommodate two wheelchairs; passengers in wheelchairs who plan to board at a bus stop are encouraged to call Customer Service at (703) 730-6664 prior to their trip to ensure a wheelchair space is available.  For Virginia Relay Center–TDD call 711.

Bike Racks

For the convenience of bicyclists, PRTC’s OmniLink, Cross County and Metro Direct buses have been equipped with bike racks.  However, due to increased ridership, some Linton Hall Metro Direct trips require the use of MCI coach buses, which do not have bike racks. Each rack holds two bicycles and is easy to use. Bike racks are not available on OmniRide commuter buses. To learn more about how to use the bike racks, download the PDF "Rack-n-Ride" brochure.

Emergency Service Plan

In the event of an emergency situation within OmniLink's service area, which disrupts or inhibits serving published stops, buses may operate according to the Emergency Service Plan. Passengers will be notified via a Rider Express email or may listen to a recorded message on (703) 730-6664 (option "0").

Inclement Weather

In the case of inclement weather, call (703) 730-6664 or (888) 730-6664 to verify OmniLink operation. See PRTC's Emergency Service Plan for more information.

Lost and Found

Items found on OmniLink buses will be held at the PRTC Transit Center at 14700 Potomac Mills Road, Woodbridge, VA for 30 days. To inquire about a lost item, please call (888)730-6664, send an email to Omni@OmniRide.com, or complete our online Lost & Found Form.

Passenger Conduct

PRTC reserves the right to deny entry to, expel and/or temporarily or permanently ban any person from PRTC property and/or vehicles, who in the judgment of PRTC management or its agent, is imperiling public safety or being a public nuisance.
